Open Day 24th September 2005

 

From 11h00 until 17h00 on Saturday the 24th September 2005, we will be hosting an Open Day to promote our non-profit SpinOut Project at the MilkyWay Internet Café in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

SpinOut offers free facilities for budding DJ’s and music producers every Saturday and Sunday. This is orientated towards keen youth who would otherwise not have the opportunity or access to this type of equipment. We have two full DJ rigs, and a comprehensive sound production studio for students to learn from. All access is fully supervised. We also have regular workshops around specific topics.

We are inviting anyone who is interested as well as the general public to come past on the 24th and view our facilities. We will also have some of our regular students showing us what they have learnt, as well as giveaway CD’s. The Café is on the Rosebank Boulevard, between the Hyatt and The Zone, Rosebank.
